On 23 May, ARENA hosted a Green Steel Insights Webinar to share insights on emerging technologies and pathways to transition to a net zero emissions steelmaking industry.
The webinar highlighted immediate decarbonisation opportunities with biomass application trials in existing blast furnaces and emphasised the need to accelerate and enable the implementation of direct reduction technologies to reach net zero.
