The Alinta Energy Group (Alinta) completed the construction of the Chichester Solar Gas Hybrid Project (the Project) in the Pilbara region of Western Australia (WA) achieving practical completion in November 2021.
On 1 November 2023 APA Group Limited (APA) acquired Alinta’s Pilbara Energy Operations which included power generation and transmission assets in Port Hedland, Newman and included the Chichester Solar Gas Hybrid project.
