Report: Multifunctional Dielectric Layers Enabling Production of High-Efficiency Solar Cells

The Project was one of 16 solar R&D projects funded to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of solar panels. It researched the use of phosphorus oxide (POx) as an insulating layer within high efficiency silicon solar cells to reduce efficiency loss (through surface recombination) and simplify production processing.-
